Eliana L. Medeiros is an internationally recognised, award‑winning luxury executive with over 20 years of experience transforming businesses through exceptional customer experiences. She has led multidisciplinary teams from Sales to Human Resources, developed a predictive algorithm for customer satisfaction, and collaborated with prestigious international organisations such as NetJets, Ritz‑Carlton, Four Seasons, Sisley Paris and Nova Business School. Her customer experience strategies have served some of the most influential and renowned individuals worldwide, from Warren Buffett to Roger Federer.

Committed to making a positive impact, she founded Yöla Wellness, a tech brand focused on women's mental well‑being, and serves as Vice‑President of the Business Confederation of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CE‑CPLP). She is also a member of the G100 Communications Advisory and a Special Advisor to the United Nations University and the ISEL‑ID Partnership.

Eliana has mentored women leaders around the world, from Moscow to Peru, helping them navigate leadership, visibility and balance. She is currently developing her Residual Neural Hierarchy Theory (RNHT), which explores how internalised social hierarchies shape women's decision‑making and behaviours in the workplace, empowering female professionals to break patterns and lead transformative change.
